By using this website or commissioning a piece from Scuderia Signs, you agree to these terms.

Commissions and concepts

Each piece is custom made. A first design concept is typically provided within 24 hours of receiving your references. Final design, size, materials, price and delivery timing are confirmed in writing before production begins.

Payment

Production begins once the agreed deposit or payment is received. Payment terms are confirmed for each commission.

Changes and cancellations

Because every piece is made to order, changes after production begins may affect price and timing, and deposits for work already started may be non-refundable.

Shipping and delivery

Pieces ship crated and insured. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and import duties or taxes in your country are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Please report any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Installation and use

Signs are intended for indoor use unless specified. Electrical installation should follow local regulations. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or modification.

Trademarks and artwork

You confirm you have the right to use any names, logos or marks you ask us to reproduce. Original design work remains the intellectual property of Scuderia Signs, and we may share photos of finished pieces unless you ask us not to.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the piece in question.
